Mr. Vikas Agarwal

Managing Director

Mr. Vikas Agarwal is the Managing Director of our Company. He is also one of the Promoters of our Company and has been associated with our Company since 1999. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Cement & Ceramic Technologies from Gulbarga University. He has a work experience of over 25 years in Ceramic Tableware Industry and is also a Fellow Member of Indian Institute of Ceramics. He looks after the Overall Business Administration including Legal, Production and other allied activities related to business operations and management of the Company. Under his guidance our Company has witnessed continuous growth.

Mr. Rajesh Narain Agarwal

Executive Director

Mr. Rajesh Narain Agarwal is the Executive Director of our Company. He is also one of the initial Promoters of our Company and has been associated with our Company since 2008. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from University of Rajasthan and is having more than 35 years of experience in the field of manufacturing of various type of Ceramic Tableware Products. He currently oversees the Business Administration, new product development and day to day affairs of the Company.

Mr. Bharat Agarwal

Executive Director

Mr Bharat Agarwal is the Executive Director of our Company and has been associated with our Company since 2008. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Gujarat University He has a work experience of over 24 years in Ceramic Tableware Industry. He primarily looks after the Sales & Marketing of the Company including General Trade, Market Research and Product Development of the Company. Under his leadership, the Company has made a prominent space for itself in General Trade and have established Clay Craft has a popular household brand name.

Mr. Deepak Agarwal

Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Deepak Agarwal is the Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer of our Company and has been associated with our Company since 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance specialization) from Cardiff University, United Kingdom. He has an experience of over 14 years in Ceramic Tableware Products. He takes care of Sales & Marketing, Accounts, Finance, Taxation, etc.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Bhargava

Independent Director

Mr. Ashok Kumar Bhargava is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Master’s Degree in Arts (Economics), LLB, Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning & Infrastructure Management (PGDPPIM) from University of Rajasthan, Master of Financial Management (MFM) from University of Mumbai, Diploma In Business Finance (DBF) from Chartered Financial Analyst of India and Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), Mumbai. He is having more than 39 year’s experience in different sectors and has expertise knowledge in the field of finance, administration and Corporate Governance. He is also Director on the Board of Dynamic Cables Ltd., Jaipur.

Mr. Nirmal Badri Prasad Joshi

Independent Director

Mr. Nirmal Badri Prasad Joshi is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from University of Udaipur and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He is having around 34 year’s experience and has expertise knowledge in the field of finance and administration.

Mr. Prakash Dangayach

Independent Director

Mr. Prakash Dangayach is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is a Practicing Chartered Accountant. He has vast experience of more than 18 years in the field of accounting, taxation, audit and financial advisory.

Ms. Kanan Shah

Ms. Kanan Shah is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education and is having energetic experience in the field of managing the day to day affairs of the Companies.
